Robert: What is your name?

DJ Rey Gotty: My name is full name is Kahlolo Lethabo Katata aka Dj Rey Gotty

Robert: Where are you from?

DJ Rey Gotty: I'm originally from South Africa, Pretoria in a hood called Mamelodi

Robert: What is the current label you're on?

DJ Rey Gotty: I'm signed with Boss Brain Entertainment

Robert: What projects are you releasing soon or working on?

DJ Rey Gotty: I recently released 2 songs, one titled "No Complications", which features Immortal Gang and the other one is a called "I'm Lit" which features System The One and Synesthetic. I'm also working with Robert Selassie Jackson on a Mixtape titled "International TakeOva Vol'1", which is something big that's coming up.

Robert: How is  the Hip Hop scene in South Africa?

DJ Rey Gotty: In South Africa the Hip-Hop scene is honestly dead. Hip-Hop is not like the way it was before everything completely changed in the culture, but we as Hip-Hop artists we try bring it back again through the dope music we are releasing and doing. Big S/O to all the Hip-Hop artists in South Africa doing the most.

Robert: Who inspires you?

DJ Rey Gotty: I'm really inspired by Kevin Gates. The music he's releasing as an artist is really dope and I actually relate to most of the songs......lol.... We also the same star sign(Aquarius) and his birthday is 3 days after mine.
